Payments
We accept only the payments by bank transfers, there is no possibility of payment on the site.
Conference fee covers:
- Accommodation (single room*) from 24 to 29 August 2025
- Transportation from Wroclaw to the conference venue on August 24 and return on August 29
- Full board (breakfasts, lunches, dinners)
- Coffee breaks
- Access to the scientific sessions and poster session
- Conference banquet & Excursion
Regular conference fee:
Early bird registration fee (until July 7): 1500 EUR
Late bird registration fee (July 8 - August 8): 1700 EUR
Student conference fee:
Early bird registration (until July 7): 1200 EUR
Late bird registration fee (July 8 - August 8): 1350 EUR
Accompanying person fee:
750 EUR
*Accompanying person accommodated in a double room together with the related participant.
